We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Advance Partial Amount for Cash on Delivery (Non-Refundable)

At Noor Bazaar, we offer the convenience of Cash on Delivery (COD) for certain orders. To streamline this process, we may request an advance partial amount upon confirmation of your order. Please note that this advance partial amount is non-refundable.

Advance Partial Amount Explanation:

• Purpose: The advance partial amount is required to secure your order and initiate the delivery process promptly.
• Amount: The specific advance partial amount will be clearly communicated to you during the checkout process and in your order confirmation.
• Non-Refundable: It’s important to understand that the advance partial amount is non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy is in place to cover the initial costs associated with processing and preparing your order for delivery.

Payment of Remaining Amount:

Upon delivery of your order, you are required to pay the remaining balance as specified in your order confirmation. Failure to do so may result in the non-delivery of your order. By proceeding with the Cash on Delivery payment option, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions regarding the advance partial amount.

5. Return Policy

If there is any damage or the product is not working correctly, then a replacement will be offered after checking your case properly.

6. Refunds

We don’t provide any refund of money; we only offer replacements.

7. Shipping Policy

• Shipping Options: We offer standard, expedited, and overnight shipping for domestic orders.
• Shipping Locations: We ship to customers throughout India.
• Order Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 4-5 business days of placing the order.

8. Content

Content found on or through this Service are the property of Noor Bazaar or used with permission. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said Content, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or for personal gain, without express advance written permission from us.

9. Prohibited Uses

Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Noor Bazaar and its licensors. Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of and foreign countries. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Noor Bazaar.

14. Copyright Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on Service infringes on the copyright or other intellectual property rights (“Infringement”) of any person or entity.

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized on behalf of one, and you believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit your claim via email to contact@noorbazaar.in, with the subject line: “Copyright Infringement” and include in your claim a detailed description of the alleged Infringement as detailed below, under “DMCA Notice and Procedure for Copyright Infringement Claims”.
